A 5-finger rule for worship team

The following are the 5-finger rule for the worship team:

Thumb: We use the thumb to wish the best.
We need to dedicate our best to Him including best music, efforts, songs, etc.

Fore Finger: We use the fore finger to point at others.
We need to understand that we are leading others to God's presence, so its must to see the status of the people as we lead people to worship, whether there are circumstances good enough for them to worship. In short, we are doing it to lead others to Him.

Middle Finger: This is the tallest finger of our hand.
We must realize that, its not in the music, but in the 'SONG', every line of the song, that people are gonnna be touched and so, song must be given the highest priority.

Ring Finger: This shows relationship.
Every one in the team must have a good relationship with God as well as with all others in the team. Love and respect every one in the team. No arguments or conflicts at least during the worship service, whereas, corrections could be done after the service.

Little Finger: One of the most sensitive finger.
Holy Spirit is very sensitive. Nothing should happen that grieves the Holy Spirit. Complete freedom for the Holy Spirit to work with no hindrances. All glory and honour should be to God alone.

भाग १ का सिलसिला पिछले भाग में हमने कवच पहने रहने के कुछ कारण देखे और कवच के २ हत्यारों में बारे में सीखे थे, यहाँ हम उसका अगला भाग सीखेंगे। ३. विश्वास की ढाल - युद्ध में ढाल एक ऐसा हत्यार है, जिस के उपयोग से, वार किया जाने वाले सारे हत्यारों के हानी से एक योद्धा बचता है, यदि सही दिशा में उसे फेरते है। उसी प्रकार, हमारे मसीह जीवन में विश्वास एक ढाल के समान है, जो शैतान के हर प्रकार के वार से हमें बचाता है। उसे सही तरीके से इस्तेमाल करने हम वचन से सीखे, अर्थात् हमें कभी और कहाँ अपने ज़बान से विश्वास के वचन बोलकर हमारे मुसीबतों पर विजय पाना है, इसका हमें फैसला लेना है। निराशा, हार, दुखी वचनों को त्यागना है, और जीवन के वचन हमारे होठो से हमें बोलना है। ४. कमर पर सत्य का फेंटा: कवच के बारे में लिखने पर, सबसे पहले बताया हुवा हत्यार है - सत्य का फेंटा, जिससे हम यह सीखते है, कि सत्य ही हमें स्तिर रख सकती है। अटल खड़े रहने के लिए, हमें सत्य को थामे रहना ज़रूरी है। हमारी जान जाए तब भी हमें सत्य को पकडे रखना है, वह चाहे वचन की सच्चाई हो, या जीवन की सच्चाई हो, या एतियासिक सच्चाई

Badal de mere man ko - बदल दे मेरे मन को

It is a great joy to write songs in praise of our Creator who has control over us in every manner. This is another song that I received in the presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as I was preparing for the ICPF - Berhampur camp 2017. I pray that this would be a blessing to many.   Here is a link for the video shot live during the camp.
